		<description>Thanks, Jared - that was a good read. I certainly hope that the changes prove to be as extensive as Judy indicates.  I&#039;m expecting some pretty significant improvements, and what few specific issues she mentioned in your interview are definitely within the areas I&#039;m anticipating.</description>
