Sales Policies

Refund Policy

Any new purchase will be refunded in full with no questions asked within 30 days. I would like to have the opportunity to try and solve your problem before granting a refund, but you will receive your refund if you ask. There are no refunds on license renewals.

No refunds will be granted after 30 days.

Upgrades

If you’re currently holding a Site Owner/User License or a Developer License, you can log into your account at JoeDolson.com at any time to upgrade to a higher level of license. The Site Owner/User License supports up to three sites, the Developer License up to 10, and the Agency License has an unlimited number of sites. Your license will renew annually until cancelled.

Licenses

As of the change of store software on February 28th, 2016, the authentication process for all license keys has changed. Your license keys are still valid, but you will need to re-activate them in the new system after you update to the latest version of your purchased software.

The migration of license keys was challenging, and it’s possible that some license keys did not get transferred successfully. If your license key won’t activate, please let me know!

Warranty

Due to the extreme variety of installation environments for WordPress plug-ins, there is no warranty on any items sold by Joe Dolson Accessible Web Design. It is not possible to test for every possible environment. If you have found an issue in your environment, please report it, so I can build a solution if there is one.

Shipping and Delivery

All items sold by Joe Dolson Accessible Web Design are delivered via email; there are no shipped versions of any products available. You should receive an email to your payment email address within 24 hours of your payment being completed. If you have not received an email with your account information within 24 hours, then there’s something wrong. Contact me and provide me with your purchase transaction ID so that I can follow up.

Here are a few things to know if you haven’t received your email:

  • Check your spam filters.
  • Sometimes there’s a delay between when you make your purchase with PayPal and when PayPal notifies my server of the purchase; this is rarely more than an hour, and normally is instantaneous.
  • Your email notifications are sent to the address you provided; if you make a typo in that email address, I’ll get a bounceback notification – but I won’t have any other contact information for you, so it’s up to you to contact me if this happens. If you haven’t heard from me within 24 hours, this may be the case.

Installation

Unlike some Premium plug-ins, the plug-ins I sell are not replacements for your existing free versions of the WordPress plug-in. They are separate WordPress plug-ins which extend the functionality of your existing software. You should install the plug-in as an additional plug-in — do not deactivate, uninstall, or delete your existing plug-ins.

Support

All support requests for Pro plug-ins should be handled either through my private support forums, my plugin support form or by sending me a support request from the built-in support forms inside your plug-in. The support form inside the plugin is my preferred method to get support requests.

I only provide support for the most recent combinations of plug-ins. Both the pro version and the free version must be upgraded to their most recently available versions.

I’ll do my best to answer all support requests within one business day of receipt, but cannot guarantee that. If I have not responded to your request within two business days, please re-send your request.

Bounced emails: If the contact email you use to request support bounces, I will not follow up further. It is your responsibility to be certain that the email you use to contact me is able to receive responses.

Abuse of Service

There is no explicit limit on support. However, if I find that you are abusing my support services – either in volume or in the nature of your requests, I reserve the right to cancel your software license and deny you support.

An example of this could be if you are providing this plug-in to a thousand client sites, but expecting me to provide all support for my products on all of those sites. If you’re using one of my plug-ins on a large scale, I expect you to be taking some responsibility for support.

The intent is for the license to be usable on any site that belongs to you.
