Your privacy is very important to me. I collect certain non-identifying information from all visitors to this site for statistical reasons. I will keep any information you choose to disclose to me indefinitely, including your name, email, or physical address, but will never share or disclose your private information to any 3rd party under any circumstances.
If you would like your information expunged from my records for any reason, just let me know.
If you have made a purchase on this site, you may have created an account with your purchase. Within this account, I have records of what you have purchased from me under the name and email address associated with the account you used to place that purchase. You may request that I remove your account at any time. Removal of your account will also remove any entitlement to future upgrades or updates of books or software, but will not remove your active license for software purchases.
Refund Policy
I'm entirely amenable to providing full refunds software and books purchased on this site within the first 30 days after purchase. After 30 days, I'd really prefer a good explanation...

Comment Policy
Comments on this website are expected to be topical, relevant, and polite. I reserve the right to remove comments from publication if I perceive them to be in violation of any of these principles. Any comments containing "hate speech" or information of an explicitly adult nature will be deleted immediately. Irrelevant comments may be deleted at my prerogative. I am very fond of any comment which furthers the discussion: I'm less fond of comments which don't contribute.
Certain specific activities are also grounds for deletion:
- Link dropping — as defined by me.
- Use of keywords in place of your name. It's called the name field for a reason.
- Being a dick. This is the "Don't be a dick" policy. It's self explanatory.
What I will do in these situations varies. Hate speech and explicitly adult comments will be deleted outright. Using keywords in place of your name means that I will remove your link if the comment is still appropriate.
This comment policy may be revised at any time without notice.
Advertising Policy
Advertising is occasonally accepted only on pages relating to free scripts and WordPress plugins, to help fund continuing development.
Contact me to make arrangements for advertising on qualifying pages.

This site does not accept any externally contributed articles.

The site map for this site is complicated and sprawling. A brief version of the site map can be viewed within the main site, but this version is NOT kept current with the articles written within my Accessible Design blog. A separate site map listing those articles is available.
