  1. When I add tickets to my cart, my cart still shows as empty!
The most common circumstance for this is if you’re using GoDaddy’s Managed WordPress hosting, which uses a server-side caching system that breaks part of My Tickets.
  2. I can’t get the Add to Cart form to show on my event.
The Add to Cart form will only show if all three of the following are true: there are tickets available for the event; the start of the event is in the future; and the tickets have a price specified. Otherwise, My Tickets assumes that this event is not ready for sale.
  3. Can I use My Tickets to sell physical items?
Well, you can – but it’s not at all designed for that usage, and I don’t recommend it. If you do, I can’t provide support for that usage.
  4. Confirmation emails aren’t being sent on purchase.
If you’re using the PayPal gateway, the most common reason for this is because PayPal is not successfully contacting your site to notify My Tickets that a payment is completed. You’ll want to log-in to PayPal and check your configuration for IPN.
